My name is Jeff Hughes. I am a 23 year career firefighter who has been involved in fitness for 28 years. Over the years I have competed in numerous running and triathlon events and I have completed 3 Ironman triathlons. I have obtained certifications from ACE as a certified personal trainer, CPAT (Candidate Physical Ability Test) proctor, and am a Level II CrossFit trainer. I am also a father of 4 kids and understand the concept of time management.

Bob "Bialo" Bialobreski Works as a career firefighter/paramedic for the Orange County Fire Authority. He is a certified level 1 CrossFit Trainer and Peer Fitness Trainer for the OCFA. Bob is also heavily involved in coaching youth sports and young athletes reach their full potential.
